History of AIL
American Income Division was founded in 1954 by Bernard Rapoport. Using just $25,000 in borrowed capital, Rapoport started the Company and turned AIL into a profitable insurance company with a unique, untapped niche in the insurance marketplace. His vision for providing affordable insurance to hardworking individuals gives anyone with the drive to succeed the opportunity to earn an unlimited income. Globe Life American Income/National Income Division has combined assets of more than $5 billion with more than $85 billion of life insurance in force in 2021 (as of 12/22).
